Its characteristics include an intense green color with golden reflections, medium to intense fruity aromas with notes of fresh grass and green apple, complemented by a hint of almond.

The Cobrançosa and Picual varieties were hand-picked in October 2023, and their oil was cold-extracted and bottled without filtration.
